Our 12 rooms all have a balcony and are fitted with shower/WC facilities, satellite TV and W-LAN. They are comfortably and tastefully furnished so that guests really do feel at home during their stay with us.

Reductions for children in their parents' room
Local tax: Beginning on 1 January 2014, a local tax was introduced in South Tyrol/Südtirol. The revenue from this local tax will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events. The local tax will be levied at all lodging establishments, on a per-guest and per-overnight-stay basis and amounts € 1,30 (01.01.2018). Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.

The bill can only be settled in cash.
Normally, no deposit is required for the reservation. However, we reserve the right to request a deposit of 20% of the total amount.
Cancellation terms:
In the event of a short-term cancellation, we reserve the right to charge the statutory amount (accommodation less 7.00 Euro for the breakfast of 5 days maximum). We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. Bad weather does not justify a withdrawal from the booking.
On the day of arrival, your room will be ready for occupancy from 2pm.
On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10:30.
Exceptions we accept if possible and prior notice gladly.
